Paper Girls – bedste nye serie.
Eisnerpriserne, USAs vægtigste og mest sejlivede priser for tegneserier, blev nyligt uddelt ved Comic-Con International i San Diego.
Blandt de mange, mange vindere i en lang række kategorier var Brian K. Vaughan og Cliff Chiangs Paper Girls, der blev bedste nye serie. Cliff Chiang blev desuden hædret som bedste tegner. Forfatterprisen gik til Jason Aaron, og hans og Jason Latours Southern Bastards blev kåret som bedste fortsatte serie.
Bedste grafiske roman blev Peter Kupers Ruins, mens der også var priser til blandet andet Ed Brubaker og Sean Phillips The Fade Out, Adrian Tomines Killing and Dying (historien, ikke samlingen), og Jillian Tamakis Super Mutant Magic Academy.

Blandt andet Mumimor Tove Jansson, Simponsfar Matt Groening og den franske veteran Jacques Tardi blev optaget i Hall of Fame.
Kigger man på forlagene var det især Image, Fantagraphics, and Drawn & Quarterly der tog for sig ved prisbuffeten.
